This is where you come to add your products to your wonderful site!

You can add a new product to your store in 5 different ways.

Wizard:

         Product Sort Order: This number is important because it is the order your products will be listed in. The lower the number mean the product will be at the top of the list.
        Category: (Make sure you have set your product categories set up first). This is a drop down menu option. Click the arrow to the right and select the category you want the product to be in.
        Product Title: This is what you want to name your product.
        Product Description: This is the description of your product that your customers will see.

         Hyper Link: If you want to have a page in the product description (i.e. color choices) this is where you would place it. You can create this pages under content management and content pages.
         Hyper Link Text: This is the text that will show in your product description. Your customer will click on the text and be taken to the link you set in the previous box.
         Picture Page: This is a drop down menu option. You need to have created the picture page prior to selecting it. If your picture page has already been created you will select the appropriate page.
         Picture Page: This is a text box. You must give the picture page a title. If you do not the picture page will not show up.
          Use Auto Dropdown: Select Yes or

Explanations of these boxes are below:

        E-mail A Quote: Select Yes or No depending if you want this option available to your customers. If you select yes your customers would be able to request a quote from you.
        Price: This is the price of your item. You do not need to include the $ (dollar sign)
        Sale Price: Only fill in this spot if you want your item to be on sale immediately. If you want to place an item on sale later on you would just find your item and edit the price.
         Unit of Measure: Example: Each, or Pair, or Per Doz, etc.
         Shipping Weight: Click on the calculator to the right of the box. You will be shown this screen.

           Lead Time: This is how long it will take to make the product.
           Show Quantity Box: Select Yes or No from the drop down box. If you have yes selected your customer can order more than one at a time.
           Use Text Box: Select Yes or No from the drop down box. If you have yes selected your customer can include a comment while ordering the particular product.
           Text Box Label: If you use the Text Box, specify a Title for it here. If you do not specify a title the default will be: Extras.
           Tax Exempt: If this option is set to yes the product will not have tax calculated on it
           Free Shipping: If this option is set to yes the product will not have shipping calculated on it

          Picture File Name: Select the picture from the drop down menu that will be displayed with your product. If you do not have a picture you can select the "no preview" image. I have noticed that if you do not have a picture your product can not be seen to be placed in your customer's cart.
          Picture Two File Name: You can select an additional picture to have displayed in your product description.
           Picture Caption: This is what will be displayed underneath your picture.
